Get answers to common questions about Lash Lift and Tint.
A Lash Lift and Tint typically lasts six to eight weeks, depending on your natural lash growth cycle and aftercare. Individual results vary; we recommend touch-ups every six to eight weeks to maintain curl and color.
Lash Lift and Tint can be safe for sensitive eyes and contact lens wearers with proper precautions. We perform a patch test, use gentle products, and ask clients to remove contacts before treatment. Discuss allergies or recent eye procedures during consultation.
When applied by trained technicians with salon-grade products, a Lash Lift and Tint should not permanently damage natural lashes. Proper technique and aftercare minimize stress; avoid frequent chemical treatments, rough rubbing, and oil-based products to preserve lash strength and health.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes and no waterproof mascara. Remove eyelash extensions beforehand and bring contact lens case to remove lenses. Avoid brow tinting or chemical treatments the same day and inform us of medications or recent eye procedures.
For best results, keep lashes dry and avoid steam or water for 24 to 48 hours. Avoid oil-based cleansers and heavy makeup, gently brush lashes daily, and do not rub. Follow salon aftercare instructions to prolong the lift and tint.
You can wear mascara after a Lash Lift and Tint, but it’s often unnecessary. Wait twenty-four to forty-eight hours before applying mascara, avoid waterproof formulas that are hard to remove, and use gentle removers to protect the lift and tint.
