Get answers to common questions about Lash Fill (Quick Maintenance).
Most clients book a quick fill every 2–3 weeks depending on natural shedding, lifestyle and adhesive retention. Your technician will recommend timing based on lash loss, ensuring optimal appearance and extending the life of your full extension set.
No—when performed by a certified technician using proper isolation techniques and quality adhesive, fills safely replace lost extensions without harming natural lashes. Avoid rubbing, oil-based products, and improper DIY removal to protect both extensions and natural lashes.
Quick maintenance appointments typically take 30 to 45 minutes, depending on the number of lashes needing replacement and the style of your existing set. If more than half of the lashes are missing, a full refill is recommended instead.
Minor adjustments—such as slightly changing curl or length—are possible during a quick fill if compatible with remaining extensions. Major style changes require a full refill appointment to ensure even application, integrity, and the best, balanced results.
Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes; avoid mascara and oil-based products for 24 hours before. Bring notes or photos of your desired look and inform your technician about any allergies, recent lash treatments, or eye sensitivities.
For 24–48 hours avoid steam, saunas, swimming and oil-based cleansers. Gently brush lashes daily with a clean spoolie and use recommended extension-safe cleanser. Schedule full refills as advised to maintain optimal fullness and health of natural lashes.
