Sessions typically last 60 minutes, including consultation, cleansing, extractions, and the wooden therapy sculpting sequence. Extended sessions (75–90 minutes) are available for deeper extractions or enhanced contouring when requested or recommended by your esthetician.

Most clients find the treatment relaxing; pressure is fully adjustable to comfort levels. Extractions can cause brief discomfort, but your esthetician minimizes irritation. Mild redness or tenderness may appear afterward and typically resolves within 24–48 hours.

You may see immediate improvements in puffiness and skin tone due to lymphatic movement and increased circulation. Lasting contouring and firming develop after a series of treatments, usually noticeable within three to six sessions.

For optimal shaping and skin tone, start with weekly or biweekly sessions for four to six treatments. After desired results, maintenance appointments every four to six weeks preserve contour and support lymphatic health.

Most skin types benefit from the treatment, including normal, combination, and aging skin. Contraindications include active acne cysts, open wounds, severe rosacea, recent surgical procedures, or certain injectable treatments—consult your esthetician for personalized assessment.

After treatment, avoid heavy makeup and intense exercise for 24 hours. Keep skin hydrated, use gentle products, and apply broad-spectrum sunscreen. Follow your esthetician's recommended at-home regimen to extend results and support lymphatic drainage.
